Adam Hubert

Adam grew up in Chattanooga, TN surrounded by the natural beauty of the Tennessee River and lookout mountains. Spending time fishing with his dad and harvesting pecans and vegetables at his Granny's house in Atmore, Alabama  gave him an early taste of what it meant to stewards God’s creation. He earned a BA in History at Berry College while also being a four year letterman of the football team. Adam now teaches middle school science in Greensboro, NC. Adam sees first hand the disconnect his students experience in seeing their place in God’s creation and uses gardening and climate action as a tool to redeem that, especially for students of color. Adam is a project leader and is working on a resource for church youth groups and ministries to use to help youth connect their Christian faith to climate action and creation care.
