Emma Klein

Hello! My name is Emma Klein and I study at North Park University, where I am pursuing a B.S. in environmental science and a B.A in Chemistry. I am also a runner on our school’s cross-country and track teams, the chemical safety officer for our science division, and the sustainability representative for our student government association. In my free time, I like to paint and spend time with my two wonderful guinea pigs, Marvin and Vinny.

I have spent the last decade thoroughly submerging myself into the world of environmentalism, through my studies, career, and faith. This past summer I took an internship with The Land Conservancy of McHenry County, where I received a crash course in nearly every aspect of restoration ecology. This experience has deepened my passion for creation care, and I am so excited to extend this passion to my campus community through my work with YECA.
