Joshua Groeling is a sophomore attending Taylor University, planning to get his degree in sustainability and communications. Joshua loves spending time in nature by going running, meditating, and watching the sunset. He realized his deep passion for sustainability when he began to form his theology around gratitude and living his life as an expression of thanks to God. He feels strongly about communicating this gratitude and passion for life to others, and using that as a means to better appreciate and care for God’s Creation in the midst of a climate crisis. He is grateful for YECA’s training and support in creating new opportunities to teach others on his campus, and hopes to see a world where all people can live in wonder at God’s work.
