Isabel C. Vander Molen

Isabel C. Vander Molen

Isabel C. Vander Molen (She/her) is a Climate-Hunger Fellow at Bread for the World
Institute, where she analyzes the impact of climate change on food security and advocates for
policy solutions to address hunger. Previously, Isabel contributed to sustainable development
research at the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ Project on Prosperity and
Development Program with a focus on Latin American affairs and resource security. Isabel
holds a B.A. in International Relations with concentrations in Global Development and
Spanish from Calvin University.


She is driven to integrate nonpartisan research, creation care principles, Indigenous
worldviews, and equitable solutions into her work. She was raised in Ada, Michigan.
