Samantha Swanson
Samantha Swanson is an Education and Outreach Coordinator at a zero-waste store in Minneapolis, MN. Growing up in Wisconsin on the Mississippi River, she has always had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and agriculture. This appreciation continued into college where Samantha was the President of People + Planet Fellowship. There she connected college students with God’s creation and best practices for stewardship. During this time, she served as a YECA College Fellow by implementing a functioning composting system on her campus for the academic and residential areas. After graduating from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul with a BS in Environmental Science, Business, and Bible, she transitioned into her current career teaching and organizing sustainable events for the Twin Cities.
